Aging Room F55 Quattro Concerto

Aging Room F55 Quattro Concerto
It was so cold and rainy the other day I about froze my ash off smoking a review cigar so I headed out to Legends of Fire to burn a couple more sticks. While there I picked up my first ever, Aging Room Cigar, the Quattro F55 Concerto. You can grab this cigar as a single from Famous Smoke Shop for only $10.04 each.

Giving this Quattro F55 Concerto a quick inspection I see the construction was simply top of the line. This box-pressed beauty is draped in a stout, Colorado colored, aged, Sumatran wrapper. Additionally the wrapper had a bit of sandpaper-like tooth, a couple of smaller veins and was rolled on with seamless skill.

Checking out the cold cigar, there were light notes of cocoa from the foot and the light, airy draw tasted like spiced chocolate.

After toasting and lighting the foot, the initial medium bodied flavors were toast with cocoa, As the razor sharp burn moved up the cigar there were other flavors of white pepper, nuts, chocolate, honey, black pepper, light earth, oak and charcoal. The cigar finished it's fifty-five minute burn with a full bodied mix of charcoal and oak.

There are a couple other things worth mentioning. This Aging Room F55 Quattro Concerto produced huge plumes of smoke, more than any cigar I can remember. Also the foot band had to much glue and took a fingernail sized chunk of wrapper with it while removing it. Lastly, in the final two inches the light draw took over and the cigar finished hot. Since the flavor mix was so tasty, I did nub this stick, but it took a bit of effort.

Overall this was a great cigar. It had top notch construction, fantastic flavors and a good burn time. Give this cigar a try and see what you think.
