Bull & Bear Marblehead By Crux Cigars

Bull & Bear Marblehead By Crux Cigars
Here's a stick that's a bit unique, the Bull & Bear Marblehead By Crux Cigars. The Crux Marblehead™ cigars, feature a tapered and rounded cap influenced by the classic Cuban 109. This is the final Crux Cigar from last months CigarTrain's cigar of the month club package. To be honest, I'm sad it's the last.

Construction of the Bull & Bear was impeccable. The stout Maduro colored, Habano Jalapa wrapper is seamless, nearly vein free and shows a bit of tooth. The Marblehead cap is put on tight and adds a nice aesthetic touch to the cigar's overall appearance.

From the cold foot, there's an aroma of sweet fruit, while the free cold draw has nuances of sweet and spicy fruit mixed with cocoa. Very nice.

After this 6 x 60 beast was toasted and burning the first smooth and full bodied blasts of smoke tasted like semi-sweet chocolate. As the razor-sharp burn moved up the body there were other flavors of ripe stone fruit, leather, charcoal and lots more creamy chocolate. The cigar finished its long 1 hour, 25 minute burn with a mix of espresso and charcoal.

Overall the Bull & Bear Marblehead By Crux Cigars is a great cigar. While the flavor mix isn't very complex, the cigar is a total chocolate bomb and I like chocolate bombs! It had fantastic construction, a great burn time and the Marblehead™ really catches the eye.
